One of my more fun clients, Heidi Miller, recently travelled to Colorado to give a seminar on the benefits of blogging and podcasting (aka "social media") for marketers. I got to be in on the "final polish" portion of her preparations, and it was a joy to see her fine-tuning and testing and changing slides. Definitely a good example of Kaizen; she churns like nobody's business. The talk covered not only the why and how but also gave some pretty solid suggestions for equipment and methodology.
